In-Person Supervisor Training

Supervisor Training Program Topics
The main objective of this program is to provide Supervisors with the knowledge and tools needed to be leaders in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
Review of Occupational Health and Safety legislation as it applies to multiple roles for a person on a work site (i.e. Prime Contractor, Owner, Contracting Employer, Employer, Worker, Supervisor, Supplier and Multiple Obligations).
Review of laws applicable to the different work site parties, Internal Responsibility System and shared responsibilities.
Explanation of OHS enforcement options and penalties.
Practical application of how to meet responsibilities including: required documentation, inspections, procedures, certification and prequalification.
